How do I register my child?
Add your child to your Art Academy account to register for age-appropriate classes and manage their bookings in one place.
Create or sign in to your account, then go to My Account → My Children and add your child’s details.
Once your child is added, you can select them during course registration and choose the appropriate program for their age.
For age-restricted programs, the system can verify the child’s age and prevent registration in an unsuitable age group unless an exception is approved by Art Academy management.
Discover Our Membership Cards
Every member who creates an Art Academy account automatically receives a free Red Card membership.
The Red Card gives access to the Art Academy Wallet, Reward Points and selected member benefits. Members can later upgrade their membership from their account to Silver or Gold to unlock additional benefits.
Red Card membership is automatically activated when an Art Academy account is created.
Silver and Gold memberships are optional upgrades and can be selected later through the member’s account.
Each membership level offers different Reward Point earning rates and additional benefits.

Manage your Art Academy balance, earn Reward Points and use eligible credit toward future courses and workshops.
Art Academy Wallet
The Art Academy Wallet is designed to organize and manage a member’s balance within the academy.
If an eligible refund is approved, the amount may be credited to the member’s Wallet and used later to pay for other eligible Art Academy courses or workshops.
Members may also request to have an eligible Wallet balance refunded to their registered bank account, subject to Art Academy management approval and the applicable refund policy.
Reward Points
Reward Points are earned through eligible purchases, course registrations and workshop bookings.
Red Card: 1 point for every 12 QAR spent.
Silver Card: 1 point for every 7 QAR spent.
Gold Card: 1 point for every 5 QAR spent.
How can I use my Wallet and Reward Points?
During registration, available payment options may include Bank Card, Reward Points and My Wallet.
If the available Wallet balance or eligible Reward Points do not cover the full registration amount, the remaining balance may be completed using another available payment method.
The Art Academy Wallet and Reward Points are part of Art Academy’s internal member system and are intended for eligible Art Academy courses, workshops and services.
