Our Journey
Our journey began in 2019 with small art courses and workshops held in cafés and temporary venues. As interest and participation grew, Art Academy was officially established in November 2020 as a dedicated educational art center.
Since then, the Academy has continued to grow through structured art programs, specialized workshops, and collaborations with professional artists and instructors from different countries, creating opportunities for students to learn directly from experienced artists.
Our mission is to build strong artistic foundations, develop technical skills, and create an environment where students can discover their own artistic identity and continue progressing with confidence.
Meet the Founder
Fouz Saif
Multidisciplinary visual artist and certified art instructor specializing in portraiture and realistic drawing. Her practice includes oil painting, acrylics, pastel, watercolor, charcoal, digital illustration on iPad, sand art using a light table, and a wide range of mixed-media techniques.
She has been teaching professionally since 2019 and is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in the United States, expected in 2028. Her academic background also includes a Diploma in Jewelry Design from a Belgian institute in 2023 and sculpture studies at a marble sculpture school in Switzerland in 2023.
She completed an artistic residency in New York in 2024, worked with Qatar Television presenting art programs in 2020, and has participated in exhibitions in Qatar and internationally, including Turkey, Italy, and France.

Fabiano Millani
Fabiano Millani is an internationally recognized artist and instructor specializing in oil painting and portraiture. His workshops focus on observation, structure, color, skin tones, and the development of realistic portrait painting techniques.
Nada Alreemi
Nada Alreemi is a visual artist and instructor whose workshops cover charcoal portraiture, oil painting, and sculpture. Her courses guide students through strong foundations before progressing into more advanced techniques.
Mohammed Al-Ansari
Mohammed Al-Ansari is an Arabic calligraphy instructor with a focus on traditional letter structure, proportion, and composition. His workshops introduce students to the foundations and artistic discipline of Arabic calligraphy.
Rasha Alem
Rasha Alem is a visual artist and instructor specializing in charcoal and oil portraiture. Her teaching focuses on strong drawing foundations, accurate observation, proportions, light and shadow, and developing realistic portrait techniques.
Mohanad Atiyah
Mohanad is a visual artist and instructor invited to share his artistic knowledge and professional practice with Art Academy students through specialized workshops and educational programs.
Hassan Naderali
Hassan Naderali is a visual artist and instructor specializing in live architectural and landscape oil painting. He paints directly on location, moving between different areas to capture buildings, streets, natural scenery, light, and atmosphere through observation and oil painting.
Rabi Alieva
Rabi Alieva is a visual artist and instructor specializing in highly detailed anatomical drawing, portraiture, architectural sketching, and watercolor painting. She is known for her strong understanding of human anatomy and has developed her own specialized anatomy book designed to explain the subject in a clear and accessible way. Her work also includes live drawing of buildings and urban scenes, as well as watercolor portraits and architectural subjects.
Fernando Herrera
Fernando Herrera is a Spanish visual artist and instructor specializing in contemporary realism and mixed-media painting. His accessible approach combines acrylic, oil paint, and ink pens within a single artwork, creating a distinctive style that blends realism with imaginative and narrative elements, similar to the visual language of fantasy story covers.
Husain Al-Bannay
Hussain Al-Banai is a Kuwaiti artist and instructor specializing in horse anatomy drawing, oil painting, and horse sculpture. His workshops focus on understanding the structure, movement, and anatomical details of horses, helping students develop accurate observation and stronger artistic skills in both drawing and sculpture.
